[Pkg-samba-maint] Change on Alioth permissions for pkg-samba

Hello folks,

I just did a few changes on the pkg-samba Alioth project:
- idd-guest removed as project member (Ivo's account before he became
DD)
- idd promoted to Amin role (which means there are 3 admins right now
: /me, Steve and Ivo)

I think this is just acting that Ivo is very obviously the main
maintainer for the package right now and he should therefore have
control over the project administration.

A soon to come step is very likely to have me dropping my own
administrative privileges just because....well this is how the wind is
blowing. I still keep an eye on the BTS and mailing lists (much less
on upstream mailing lists) and may commi tsomething (probably
l10n-related) from time to time...but that's pretty much all....
