As I say on the bug, someone needs to write and submit a test for
Samba's sefltest system to demonstrate that this patch continues to be
correct.  Otherwise this will just regress again.

One such a patch makes it to samba-technical, then we can discuss if we
should revive support for this, as we have managed to get to a a point
where less than 1 user per user needs it enough to make contact
(plaintext passwords are not to be encouraged...)
