First, I mostly lack the knowledge about what "co-maintainership"
implies. You seem to be quite well-aware of the "usual
procedures". I am not.

And it's not just s48 that is lacking. I did work around upgrading
my other packages as well. See the thread on debian-private for
the discussion.
