<DIV></DIV>I have been contaced by a certain person, which I do not wish to reveal at this point in time for security reasons, regarding the next of kin of Mr. Andreas Schranner who happens to be my step brother. I am from Malta, my family lived in England from 1960 up to 1966 approx. Then we came to Malta to live due to a serious illness which struck my grand mother. In the mean time my father was posted in Germany serving with the british army. During the years the marriage between my mother and father grew weaker and weaker to an extent that he got involved with Andreas's mother. My father had told me that I have a step brother in Germany and arangments were being made for the two of us to meet up. This never happened as my father died, in the mean time, against all my desperate hopes to meet my step brother.
<DIV></DIV> As I had pen friends in Germany to help me try to look for Andreas, I was in touch with them constantly trying to find his where abouts. This was all in vain.
<DIV></DIV> As I was checking about the person who contacted me, I came across this letter which I have attached for your reference.
