[Pkg-scicomp-devel] libmesh and abinit packages are ready

Hi,

the abinit package is ready for upload to the NEW queue.

I am the maintainer of the libmesh Debian package, but I think it
should rather be under the umbrella of pkg-scicomp, so I moved it
here. I prepared a new version, could you please upload it? If you
don't have time, I can ask my regular sponsor for the libmesh package
(please let me know).
