Hi Maintainer,

rejected, your debian/copyright seems to misses information about
different (C)/licenses used in the source. One example is the
arpack/ subdirectory.

Oh, if the app links against arpack - do not use the included
version, use the one we already have in the archive. Otherwise
you get in trouble (and create unneeded more work for the security
team) if there is ever a security bug in arpack.
