[Pkg-scicomp-devel] suitesparse build-depends on libparmetis-dev => FTBFS on several buildds

| I think an alternative consists of splitting the source package into
| two different ones. The 1st without libparmetis-dev build requirements
| and the 2nd with it. That was the first, but longer, approach I was
| thinking on. The current  solution is faster, but unfortunately wrong.
I cannot see another one at the moment
let's have suitesparse and suitesparse-metis
