[Pkg-scicomp-devel] med support in debian

med stands for Modélisation et Echanges de Données in french. it is
being developed by EDF and is available in code-aster.org
http://www.code-aster.org/V2/UPLOAD/DOC/Telechargement/med-2.3.4.tar.gz

I injected med 2.3.4 in pkg-scicomp. Gmsh requires med 2.3.4.

I sent an email to the current maintainer Aurelien Jarno asking
whether he continues to maintain med or not and if would like to joing
pkg-scicomp.
