[Pkg-scicomp-devel] Bug#508744: libarpack++2-dev: Codes with "arlsmat.h" can not be compiled.

Errors of "'n' is not declared" show up. The .h file is to old for 
morden gcc. There is a patch by Dr. Martin Reuter,
