Hi Maintainer,

rejected, your debian/copyright file is incomplete and misses
(C)holders/license data. You have to include all such differences.

There is iohb.cpp in packages/galeri/src.

There is also a missing source for
packages/ifpack/doc/UsersGuide/manual.ps (and as the headers say, the
source is not the .ps, but latex).

And look into index.doc of packages/komplex/doc/, where it says
"Copyright 2000, Sandia Corporation". Cant see a license like LGPL
there, just something the US government keeps for itself. Umm?

And last (then i stopped looking, doesnt mean there cant be more :) ), i
found COPYRIGHT in packages/ml, which includes a "NOTIFICATION OF
COMMERCIAL USE" reading

"Commercialization of this product is prohibited without notifying the
Department of Energy (DOE) or Sandia National Laboratory or Lawrence
Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL)."

and that is completly non-free.
