[Pkg-scicomp-devel] [Patch] Add missing debian/watch, fix debian/control Vcs fields

Hi guys,

Because I wasn't able to get some sleep last night I walked trough the
SVN tree and added or improved/fixed debian/watch files for pkg-scicomp.

I further saw, that Vcs fields still have a XS-prefix, although they are
officially supported for some time now. Further debcheckout will not
work with the current Vcs-Svn values. I got this hint by Lucas Nussbaum
in http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=459043#62.

Because I'm really busy atm, I hereby simply attach the full patch to
this mail. Please fell free to commit it fully or just in parts to the
SVN repository. You can of course ask me for some changes, if you don't
understand my intentions :) but expect that my answer will need some
time.
