[Pkg-scicomp-devel] Bug#506033: libscotchmetis-dev: Please add METIS_PartMesh* functions

Greetings,

This is a good drop-in replacement for non-free metis for many purposes,
but it is incomplete.  Please add the functions METIS_PartMeshDual and
METIS_PartMeshNodal.
