I have an update to your packaging files of freefem++. There were some
issues:

- especially it FTBFS without automake1.9 and autoconf available
- FTBFS for some other reasons too
- arpack stuff was still packaged
- manual pages talk about the wrong commands
- debian/rules can be cleaned a lot
- Standard 3.8.0 requires a README.source if quilt/dpatch is used!

Please tell me, if you agree to upload them to the SVN and if it should
be -2. Current diff attached. I'm still working on it, so this is not
the final patch.
