[Pkg-scicomp-devel] suitesparse -- create links to /usr/include?

I did the same with Scilab (actually, I have a M4 which detects both).
However, since we are only using te UMFPACK feature from suitesparse, it
is a bit borring to have a dep on suitesparse instead of only
But I guess there are good reasons for this....
