Unless I missed something here is how to open the openturns documentation:

$ cp /usr/share/doc/openturns-doc/OpenTURNS_ReferenceGuide.pdf.gz /tmp/
$ gunzip /tmp/OpenTURNS_ReferenceGuide.pdf.gz
$ epdfview /tmp/OpenTURNS_ReferenceGuide.pdf

So it would be nice if pdf file would not be gzipped.
