Rafale Laboissiere has kindly uploaded package libglpk-java to Debian 
sid. Unfortunately he has left Debian in June.

Hence I am looking for a new sponsor.

GLPK-Java delivers a Java binding for GLPK.

I have updated glpk-java for GLPK release 4.39.
see http://glpk-java.sourceforge.net/

A missing build dependency is described in bug 536611.
