[Pkg-scicomp-devel] new release of AMD framewave - request for upload

Hi,

I have packaged the latest release of AMD Framewave (1.3.1). This
release fixes a grave bug which causes the library to be useless for me
(SF ID: 2541341
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2541341&group_id=212624&atid=1022481
).

I would appreciate it if someone could upload my package at
http://astraw.com/framewave/ . This package has been tested on unstable
and is Lintian clean with the exception of the warning
"changelog-should-mention-nmu", but I think Lintian simply isn't
recognizing my entry, as in fact the changelog does mention this to be
an NMU.

(I am sending this email to pkg-scicomp-devel because it is listed as
the maintainer.)
