Let's do things in order. The watch file still does not work for me
(the one in my patch does).

$ make -f ./debian/rules get-orig-source

~/tmp/paraview/trunk
uscan --force-download
paraview: Version (3.6.1) available on remote site:
  http://paraview.org/paraview/resources/../../../files/v3.6/paraview-3.6.1.tar.gz
  (local version is 3.6.1)
uscan warning: In directory ., downloading
  http://paraview.org/paraview/resources/../../../files/v3.6/paraview-3.6.1.tar.gz
failed: 400 Bad Request

I'll replace the watch and retry ASAP.
