Lintian is giving the two following errors:

E: liblapack-doc: doc-base-file-references-missing-file liblapack-doc.lug:8 /usr/share/doc/liblapack-doc/lug/index.html
E: liblapack-doc: doc-base-file-references-missing-file liblapack-doc.lug:9 /usr/share/doc/liblapack-doc/lug/*.html

It seems that the doc rule in debian/rules must be exercised, but it doesn't.

Any hints?
