[Pkg-scicomp-devel] patch for opencv 1.0.0-6 + ffmpeg 3:0.svn20090303

Hi,

OpenCV video stuff wasn't working, this was because it wasn't compiling 
against ffmpeg anymore. I don't know for sure where to report this, but 
I think this is the right place.

I made a patch to fix this, see attachment. I'm not a very good C hacker 
so there may be some problems, but for me it is working (and I had more 
positive reports).

The patch is based upon the gentoo fix:

The complete packages can also be downloaded from the launchpad PPA that
