[Pkg-scicomp-devel] Bug#531184: Fails to install: alternative mpicc can't be slave of mpi

It seems to be the result of a leftover "mpicc" alternatives group, though I
couldn't identify which package was originally responsible for it - none of the
current packages use it.

"update-alternatives --remove-all mpicc" plus a fresh configuration pass fixed
it locally; putting something like that in the postinst(s) immediately before
the "--install mpi" call might be all that's needed.
