[Pkg-scicomp-devel] Bug#556937: atlas (experimental) - custom target build failure

Package: atlas
Version: 3.8.3-6
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Hi,
building the "custom" target as specified in the docs with:

fakeroot debian/rules custom

fails with an error when trying to generate the libatlas3gf-base
package. Only libatlas-dev_3.8.3-6_all.deb and
libatlas-doc_3.8.3-6_all.deb are generated.

I attach the build log.

Great work anyway, I hope debian will finally ship with an updated
atlas ;-)

ciao,
tiziano
