[Pkg-scicomp-devel] Bug#568819: ptscotch: description does not describe the package

Package: ptscotch
Version: 5.1.7.dfsg-1
Severity: normal
The description for ptscotch says nothing other than "PT-SCOTCH is the
MPI version of scotch."
This tells the user nothing about the package. What is scotch? What
does it do? What is it for?
