[Pkg-scicomp-devel] Bug#582290: petsc: FTBFS on LAM arches

PETSc is FTBFS on LAM arches because libhdf5-lam-dev is missing at least
one necessary library (libhdf5_fortran.so).  Recommend dropping HDF5
support on LAM arches.
