The email forwarded below is very good news, spotted in the Octave
mailing list. If GotoBLAS2 now has actual upstream maintenance, we
should consider it for Debian packaging. I've done a wee bit of
scientific computing packaging in the past, but not for something as
complex as a BLAS. I can offer some minor help with this package.
