[Pkg-scicomp-devel] Please set ACL for pkg-scicomp

Hi,

I tried to become a member of pkg-scicomp for the only reason to clean
up the VCS from packages which are hanging around there but were
outdated and maintained somewhere else to reduce confusion.  When trying
to become a member on Alioth by visiting

I only get

    Permission denied. This project's administrator will have to grant you permission to view this page.

That's pretty crude that you can not view the page where you want to
register.  I guess something is broken in this project.  It also is not
really motivating to me to become a member of a broken project and I
guess ACLs for DDs are perfectly sufficient for me to do the cleanup in
VCS (since the team members do not seem to care anyway).  According to
the commit list the last commit was in March 2011 and the mailing list
of the project is basically a SPAM collector.  Please enable some
cleanup before we might close this project at all (which is consensus
in Debian Science team).
