Maintenance of SDL_net

Hello Mike,

Dominique Dumont created a group for collaborative maintenance of SDL
packages recently, and I joined the effort.

Your package wasn't included in the old SVN repository along with the
rest. Also, the package is not in a bad shape (e.g., it doesn't have
serious bugs and it's up to date with respect to upstream), however
it's a bit out of date with respect to Debian packaging practices,
including important things like multiarch and .la goals. There are
bugs reports pending (the oldest one from 2007) and neither you nor
anybody else has uploaded anything since 2007 as well, more than 4
years ago.

I was already doing some updates when I realised that it's not that
necessarily you abandoned the packaging, maybe you were just waiting
for some future upstream release.

So the question is if you continue to be interested in the package at
all, or would like somebody to take over, or would like to continue
maintaining it but would like some help, or agree with having it
maintained under the SDL-team umbrella, or what. Please share your
thoughts :)

Regards.
