Any idea about sdl 1.3/2.0 ?

Hi,
Those are not official plans but I did see it somewhere and do
remember the people who said that carry some weight in that community.
I saw this sometime around December something. The only thing I do
remember is some of that remark was from some lwn.net article . My
google fu is not particularly strong so no idea as of now, sorry.  I
did see the references to a popular game which was under development
for 10 years or so (curiously, can't remember the name of that game
either :P )

that is true. So the first thing would probably for stable to hit.
What I was interested in is to see if the 1.3 package was moving along
whenever they release a new snapshot or some snapshots.

I do see a few games who are using both 1.2 and 1.3 (but they are not
in debian, yet) .
