Thanks for the review, and sorry for the long delay myself.

I'm having a busy time in the last few couple of months, but
additionally, I expected that we were getting closer to the release
and few changes were happening, and so I was waiting to create a
package with all of these changes included.

Instead, the development of SDL libs (the main one, at least) picked
up a pace unseen in the last few years, in my experience.  Meanwhile,
since January or so that I'm waiting for them to make an actual
release with 2.0, at least some RC release that we can give to the
Debian community which will not be obsolete within the same week, but
it seems that it's not happening.

I hope to get back to this and fix all of these copyright issues once
the dust settles down a bit, but in the meantime if somebody feels
like making a release, please go ahead.
