Thanks for reminding me.  We did those changes after uploading the
initial versions of v2, but before FTP masters approved that I think,
so this change somehow got lost in a limbo.

I am refreshing the patch, the rest are whitespace changes, and will
try to compile and upload now or in the next few days.  If you could
please confirm that the new version works as intended, it would be
great.
