Hi Manuel A. Fernandez Montecelo,

I now find out, that SDL_GetWindowMaximumSize and
SDL_GetWindowMinimumSize are bounderies for SDL_SetWindowSize.
There exist also the functions SDL_SetWindowMaximumSize and
SDL_SetWindowMinimumSize.
This means that MinimumSize and MaximumSize is per default zero.
If the programer want a minimum and/or maximum size, he/she can set it.
This will be considered if you set a new size with SDL_SetWindowSize.
A value of zero is normal if you don't set another value.

It was my mistake, sorry for confusing.

This means libsdl2 (2.0.4) is working correctly.
I have now 2.0.5 installed and it works also very well.
