[Pkg-security-team] ITP: hashid -- Software to identify the different types of hashes

Hi Hugo,

I just merged the ITP bugs. I'm still looking for a sponsor, it would be
awesome if you could review my upload.

There just one little thing that i'm not sure if i did right, i have not
created the git project yet (but i already mention it on debian/rules), i
thought it would be better to create the git project after the upload was
accepted, but i'm not sure if this is right, as i have seen other team
members preparing git before the upload was accepted.

Also, i'm not a DM, so i'm not sure if i can create a new project inside
our team's git, if not, i will need help in that step too.
