nmap remote HEAD refers to nonexistent ref

Well, forget what i said about TODOs, there's a lot of things that i can do
on nmap.

Hilko, is there any reason we're not hardening nmap? I just enabled it here
and i'm planing to push it if i don't find any problem, I thought its
better to ask you first as it may not be enabled yet because of some
problem you've found.

already explained the DEP14 changes :)
