[pkg] backdoor-factory and dhcpig

Hi Raphaël, hi all!

There are the news of the week-end for these two project:

- backdoor-factory

I've discussed with Josh, who is ok to merge the two patchs:
    * one to master better the output directory of the caved binary (he 
found a bug in my patch i need to correct first)
    * one to make the bdf tool being deployed in the filesystem using a 
bdfactory python package

For the second patch yet, it breaks the bdfproxy tool, which is based on 
the principle that bdf is in a specific subdir. I proposed him to 
package it and push the corresponding patch to mainstream to keep the 
both tools coherent. He's ok for that and wait for a pull request in his 
2nd tool.

K. Amorin has merge the two patches (--help update and python build 
support) into mainstream.
He has also made a tag (v1.5) which permits me to update the watch file 
to support an upstream release. The next dhcpig version will then be 
1.5-1.
