[PKG] bdfproxy ready for review

Hello!

I've packaged bdfproxy.

In order to keep bdfproxy and bdf homogeneous, i've pushed upstream the 
two patches of bdfproxy:
- bdf_integrated.patch
- newer_mitmproxy_support.patch
The first one supports the bdf package i made (to support the patch 
helping OS integration, already set as upstream PR)
The second one supports mitmproxy 0.18 & higher.

Josh will check these patches this week and merge them (and the one of 
bdf allowing OS integration) if everything is OK.

Nevertheless, is it possible to have a review on the other parts of the 
package ?
