new hydra version (Was: Re: open DD requests)

since I was trying a few things with upstream hydra I ended up pushing
the new version to our git repository.  I hope you are fine with that.


Would be nice if you can review my changes.  In particular I am unsure
about the following change: I added

    override_dh_clean:
            dh_clean --exclude=Makefile.orig

to debian/rules because the upstream tarball contains the Makefile.orig
file and otherwise `debian/rules clean` removes it (also causing
dpkg-source to issue a warning).  I'm not sure if I should have just
ignored the warning instead… if so please revert that commit.
