[Pkg-shadow-devel] Announce: shadow 4.0.11.1

4.0.11.1 was released and new tar balls are avalaible in usual location 
on:

ftp://ftp.pld.org.pl/software/shadow/

This verion is only bugfix release.
All previouse version have bug in autoconf which disallow build shadow 
with disabled shadow group support (4.0.11 with enabled shadow group 
support).

On release next version week before release I'll generate snapshot tar 
balls for allow utilize time for update translations also for better 
testing new version.

- fixed configure.in: now is possible build shadow with enabled/disabled shadow group
  support (thanks for report symptoms of the bug to Greg Schafer <gschafer at zip.com.au>),
- updated translations: sv.
