News about uploads:

-I have a ready 4.0.3-39 version which fixes a few easy stuff (see
 changelog in trunk)


-we seem to be nearly ready to upload 4.0.11.1-1 to experimental. I'll
 try to build it soon


Problem: we cannot upload now because ftp-master is down.

Problem 2: I will soon be VAC (starting Aug 1 or 2 up to Aug 22 with a
smal mail catchup window on Aug 17), so either Martin can upload while
I'm away...or we wait for my come back
