Now that we released -39, I propose that we slow down a *lot* updates
in the trunk.

Only important and above bugs will justify commits to the trunk and
possibly uploads (by Martin).

All efforts should now turn to the experimental branch with the goal
of releasing a 4.0.11.1-1 either before next Monday....or when I'll be
back on Aug 22th.

We have a kinda difficult period to handle in the next weeks so let's
minimize the amount of entropy generated..:-)
