The complete analysis of this problem shows that, indeed, the probable
solution is by fixing chage to display an expiration date of "Jan, 1st
1970" instead of "Never" when the /etc/shadow 8th field is 0.

I consider this bug pretty minor, so I lower its severity.

This is also an upstream bug and, of course, we will fix it after
sarge (like all other bugs, probably, but well).
