Comments/Problems:
The installation hangs after downloading and istalling the packages for
the base-system with the message dialog "Set up users and passwords -
Installation failed!". By choosing this step of the installation menu
manually, I get the same failure. The last messages at console three are:
"Fetched 3514kB in 29s (118 kB/s), Reading package lists..."
This failure is reproduceable.

Shadow does not provide any udeb anymore so there's no reason to keep
the fake RC bug which prevented it to enter testing for D-I needs.
