Shibboleth SP 2.1 and friends imported

I've imported XMLTooling 1.1, OpenSAML 2.1, and Shibboleth SP 2.1 and done
the basic merges and changelog entries, as well as coping with the SONAME
changes. I've not even attempted a build, though, so there's probably
work left to do. We can't upload easily until after the lenny release due
to the interlocking build dependencies; I'm not sure if experimental
buildds will do the right thing.

Before merging any of this onto the etch branch (and thus making that
branch ineligible for backports.org), what's the status of that branch?
Is it basically ready for someone to build packages for backports.org?
I'm willing to do that and upload them if someone else is already running
the results of that branch and can confirm that it works.
