Git commit notices to the Debian Shibboleth list

Currently, all the Git commit messages are also going to this list, along
with discussion and package bug reports. It occurs to me, now that I've
advertised this list a bit more broadly to people interested in Shibboleth
on Debian, that this could get a bit annoying. Should I create a separate
mailing list just for the Git commit messages so that only those who want
to see them can subscribe and move them off this list?

There's unlikely to be any more of them than there has been, which right
now is running somewhere around roughly half the traffic to the list, but
there will be bursts of them each time we do work on the package.

I'll default to just leaving things as they are if there are no strong
opinions, so please do mention if you find them annoying and would rather
they be in a separate list.
