Plans for Shibboleth SP 2.1 debian packages

I expect the limiting factor will be how fast the backports.org folks open
their repository to backports.  I plan on uploading 2.1 to unstable pretty
much immediately after the release (well, possibly waiting a week or so
since the archive administrators prefer people to smooth out the flood of
new packages so that the buildds and archive software isn't completely
overwhelmed).

In the past it's sometimes taken a month for backports.org to open for a
new distribution, but now that it's using dak and has more resources, I
expect it will be faster.
