Thanks.  https://bugs.internet2.edu/jira/browse/CPPOST-11 looks like
an obvious candidate: a critical bug with a one-line fix.

For xmltooling, the removal part of
https://bugs.internet2.edu/jira/browse/CPPXT-14 seems to qualify.

The SP itself isn't so clear-cut...
