The last build (alpha) was finally uploaded yesterday.  I'll send a note
to debian-release asking them to hint the new packages into testing
together.  It's taken so long largely because both Debian's build servers
and their administrators have been overwhelmed by the post-release
uploads and we had to do a coordinated update of three packages due to
SONAME changes.
