    Revert "Change the target upload distribution"
    
    This reverts commit c78928f2d2ea6569856229bc1b6afda217f3b98f.
    
    The package had to be uploaded to stable-security after all, so revert
    the incorrect change to use stable as the target distribution, which I'd
    made and not pushed to the alioth repository.
