Please upgrade g++-4.6 on armel buildds, requeue shibboleth-sp2

Hello folks,

g++-4.6 prior to 4.6.2-10 is buggy on armel (#630752), resulting in build
failures for shibboleth-sp2 that have kept it from migrating to testing
for a while.  I recently uploaded a new version, but it unfortunately got
unlucky again with a buildd that had an older version of the compiler
installed.

Could you push the installed g++-4.6 version to the latest, or at least
past 4.6.2-10, on the armel buildds and then requeue shibboleth-sp2?
