If my command history serves me right, I ran `gbp dch --git-author
--since=48f7e1a --new-version=1.6.3-1` then manually added the item
"[69aa1e6] New upstream release".

Ok then I'll add "Gbp-Dch: Ignore" to the commit message next time so it
isn't automatically picked up.
