Hi Sam,

We started the transition, shibboleth-sp_3.4.1+dfsg-2 is now installed
on all buildds.  Are you ready to upload shibboleth-resolver and then
moonshot-gss-eap?  There are some janitor merge requests on Salsa, this
might be a good time to handle them, or I can request a round of binNMUs
if you prefer.
